Foamex

Our most popular material for mounting. Available as a maximum sheet size of 10' x 5' (3000 x 1500mm), and thickness including 1, 2,3,5,6,9 10 and 12mm. A foamed PVC, excellent for exhibition graphics and external displays, also comes in a variety of colours. Fire rating documents available on request.

Foamboard

Lightweight card backed foam. Used mainly for hanging signs, internal use only. This product has a tendency to bow in humid conditions and is easily crushed. Available in 5 and 10mm thicknesses, with a maximum sheet size of 60" x 40" (1524 x 1016mm).

Card

We have a large selection of cards in stock, from folding box board to E flute. We can cater for most applications. Thickness ranges from 350gsm to 2mm and a maximum sheet size of 60" x 40" (1524 x 1016mm).

MDF

MDF is a great media for "cut to shape" graphics that have to have the strength to be self supporting. Standard and light MDF boards are available. Available in various thicknesses from 5mm to 22mm. Maximum sheet size is 10' x 5' (3000 x 1500mm).

Staufen Film

Used mainly for pop-up graphics, Staufen Film can be used as an alternative to encapsulation, used in conjunction with an over laminate. We have also used this product to cover large graphics areas on exhibition stands in long drops.Roll width of 1300mm with weights of 250mil - 450mil available.

Over Laminate

Over laminates are used to protect the image or to increase the light-fastness of the graphic. In addition to the finishes listed above, there are a number of textured finishes: linen, canvas, etc .Available with a range of finishes including Satin, Matt, Gloss, SandTex and Dry Wipe.

Encapsulation

Encapsulation film is an excellent product to use if the graphic comes in contact with water or it needs to be rolled up for transport. Available with a gloss or matt finish.
