NG Bailey Exhibit at UKReiif 2025

Following several successful stand builds with Freedom Group, we were introduced to NG Bailey, another company within the group, to assist with the concept and build of their stand for UKReiif 2025.
NG Bailey are renowned for their innovative solutions and strong customer relationships, so our task was to turn a 4x4M plot in to an immersive experience that engaged immediately.
Having the Freedom Group stand as the reference marker for this build we initially discussed the practical requirements that were to be taken from this larger stand, these included storage, a TV screen and a seated meeting area.
We shared an initial 3D concept which, as with Freedom Group, was designed to be built using our sustainable modular framework and included a concealed full height storage cupboard. The front of this was designed to house a 43” screen which displayed a company presentation.
An additional screen was added to the outer wall, again displaying a company presentation along with various key phrases in stylised fonts to add extra interest before even reaching the main stand.

A deep counter was designed and built to not only showcase the eye catching POC-MAST Lego model but also to cleverly conceal a drinks fridge.
We included a low level corner counter area with sliding doors, this maximised the floor space providing a prominent greeting area while also offering additional literature and promotional merchandise storage.
During design stage NG Bailey advised us of an uplift in budget which then allowed us to take their design further by bringing a skyline design to life with lighting and moving parts. This is where the project got very exciting.

We worked with energy efficient lighting and mini motorised kits to design motion elements that included chasing LED lights for the train, flashing LED’s for the Stadium & a Spinning Wind Turbine. These intricate details provided the movement required to captivate any visitor to the stand.
The stand was dressed with a white wood vinyl flooring and neutral seating, this kept a cohesive style that didn’t detract from the design.
We worked alongside NG Bailey throughout the design process allowing us to offer efficient amends, answer any questions as they arose and submit all H&S documents on their behalf.
As part of this project we provided full installation and personal hand over to ensure the NG Bailey team were happy with the stand before we departed. Upon breakdown we will store the graphic panels in preparation for their next event, minimising on waste and keeping the stand build as sustainable as possible.
